I purchased my Road Queen over a year ago. Since that time it has performed very well. I have taken the scooter cross country making a trip to the opposite corner of the state about 190 miles one way, and have made several 120 mile commutes, each way from my new home in the Branson Mo area to my children's home in NW Arkansas. The scooter is a joy to ride and handles well even on the steep and winding hills of the Ozark Mountains. My only complaint is that the scooter does not like rain, but then again, what scooter does? So what about the mileage? On my last trip from NW Arkansas back to the Branson area, I filled up before heading out. At 102 miles out, and just across the Missouri boarder, I filled up and she took 1.183 gallons of gas. Granted that is highway mileage, and I held the speed down to about 60 all the way in, but by way of comparison, my 2002 Chevy S-10 pickup with a 4 cylinder engine uses 3.852 gallons of gas for the same trip.
